About Amelia...
Amelia Walsh debuted her first collection on the local Arizona fashion scene in November 2008 with first her women's wear line. However, Amelia's affair with fashion started well before then and rather young as she learned how to sew quickly from observing her mother who designed and made wedding gowns. Amelia's fashion fling progressed into a growing obsession. She received her Associates degree in Fashion Design from Phoenix College followed by a Bachelors in Fashion Design & Business from ASU.
Amelia always takes every opportunity she can to grow more in this fast paced industry. She believes that clothes need to serve a purpose larger then function. "Everything should have elegance!" Amelia states as she explains that you shouldn't lose elegance and sophistication for convenience and comfort, but you should be able to find pieces that make all those characteristics work together. Amelia strives for creativity, elegance, and practicality in every creation she makes in hopes to someday be a fashion household name.
